PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection controller for an internal combustion engine capable of performing fuel injection with high precision even in a short period of injection and performing fuel injection end operation securely. SOLUTION: A CPU (Central Processing Unit) obtains fuel pressure by processing synchronous with timing t1 at which an NE pulse signal (crank angle signal) is inputted and calculates an injection period Ta from fuel pressure and demand injection amount to set injection end operation timing. The CPU obtains fuel pressure at injection start timing t10 set from the NE pulse signal again and calculates an injection period Tb1 (Tb2) from fuel pressure and demand injection amount to update and process injection end operation timing set by the CPU.
