<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide road facility such as a light pole or a road sign which does not cause interference due to blocking of an electric wave or the like in using new communication system of an emergency automobile which transmits information of a wounded person and video information of a moving image and a sub moving image from, for example, a running emergency automobile to a hospital and receives indication information from the hospital. <P>SOLUTION: An upper part of the light pole 1 above a road is formed of an electric wave transparent resin, so that attenuation amount of transmitting electric wave 42 permeating the light pole 1A is reduced even when transmitting an electric wave 41 emitted from the emergency automobile 3 to an artificial satellite 5 is irradiated to the light pole 1A. When receiving the electric wave 44 emitted from the artificial satellite 5 to the emergency automobile 3 is irradiated to the light pole 1A, attenuation amount of the receiving transmittive electric wave 45 permeating the light pole 1A is reduced.
