<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile concrete pump which is constructed such that an accumulator is incorporated in a derricking cylinder for derricking a base boom, to effectively suppress vibrations of the base boom due to damping operation of the accumulator, and that an extendable-side chamber of the derricking cylinder is connected to an oil chamber of the accumulator in one body, leading to omission of a hydraulic pipe, to thereby eliminate an accident caused by breakage of the hydraulic pipe. <P>SOLUTION: According to the structure of the mobile concrete pump, the extendable-side chamber 23 of the derricking cylinder CY connected to the base boom 3 so as to derrick the same, communicates with the oil chamber 43 of the accumulator AC via an oil path 36 formed in a connection block 35 for connecting between the derricking cylinder CY and the accumulator AC in one body. When the base boom 3 terminates the derricking operation, free oil flow between the expandable-side chamber 23 and the oil chamber 43 is permitted, and feeding/discharging of oil to/from a contractible-side chamber 24 of the derricking cylinder CY is also permitted, to thereby suppress vibrations of the base boom 3 by virtue of cushioning operation of gas pressure in a gas chamber 44 of the accumulator AC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
