<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely output a transferred electronic data at desired output date and time, and maintain the electronic data in a state of security being ensured. <P>SOLUTION: A time management means 208 manages output date and time of the encrypted electronic data forwarded to an image processor of output destination, and feature information of a transmission source being extracted from the electronic data. At the time of the managed output date and time, a decryption key transmission means 206 transmits a decryption key for decrypting the encrypted electronic data. On acquiring the destination feature information of the electronic data being decrypted by the destination image processor using the transmitted decryption key, a feature amount calculation means 205 decides on a coincidence between the acquired destination feature information and the source feature information, and if the coincidence is decided, it is instructed to output the decrypted electronic data to the destination image processor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
