摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uncontrollability in the case of saturated operation of an integral element due to increase in control input for preventing windup phenomenon in an integral proportional control device. SOLUTION: An equivalent saturation quantity is set for an output of the integral element 18, and using information about the saturation quantity, control deviation information is corrected, while bilinear transformation is used so that there is a constant term in discretization of the integral element 18.
