PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the picture quality of an electrooptical device which simultaneously writes a plurality of pixels by outputting an image signal to a plurality of data lines at the same time. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device is equipped with a buffer circuit 102 which outputs a sampling control signal for turning on a plurality of sampling switches 60 at the same time and a sampling control signal line 40 which branches from the buffer circuit 102 and is connected to the plurality of sampling switches 60 to transmit the sampling control signal toward the plurality of sampling switches 60; and the sampling control signal line 40 has a plurality of branch wires 41 and 42 branching from the buffer circuit 102, the branch wires 41 and 42 are extended to a gap of a connection wire 30 supplying an image signal toward data lines 6, and at least the one connection wire 30 is arranged between adjacent branch wires 41 and 42.
