PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof floor structure of simple constitution not reducing the volume of a room. SOLUTION: A waterproof floor material 10 is installed on a floor face F, and a waterproof material 5 covering a clearance between a backing wall surface W and the waterproof floor material F is disposed between them. A waterproof material upper end 5b is mounted inserted between the backing wall surface W and a wall finishing material 2, and a waterproof material lower end 5a is located in an inside region of the waterproof floor material 10. Water used indoors or water produced between the backing wall surface W and the wall finishing material 3 is led onto the waterproof floor material 10 to prevent infiltration into the lower space of the waterproof floor material 10. Because of adopting constitution not forming a clearance between the backing wall surface W and the wall finishing material 3, the space volume of a constructed bathroom Y can be set large. If the lower end length of the waterproof material 5 is sufficiently secured, even the waterproof floor material 10 of small size can cover the clearance between the backing wall surface W and the waterproof floor material 10 to secure a waterproofing function. Since there is no need to change the position of the wall finishing material 3 even if using the waterproof floor material 10 of small size, the volume of the room is not reduced.
