<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function of circulatory system simply and surely by correcting the distortion of recent food life of recent people. <P>SOLUTION: This food and beverage composition is constituted by containing rutin and sugars other than sucrose derived from beats. It is preferable for the rutin to be contained as a form of a processed object of young leaves of buckwheat, and as the sugars other than the sucrose derived from the beats, raffinose and/or melibiose are preferable, and further, it is preferable to contain catechin. It is preferable for the catechin to be contained as a processed material of tea.
