PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip device for biological tissue by which a target region can easily be recognized even when bleeding is occurring when a treatment such as ligature/marking is performed by using the clip while watching a monitor of an endoscope, and the treatment can accurately and surely be performed. SOLUTION: This clip device has a long cylindrical body, a functional section which is provided on the distal end side of the cylindrical body, and has functions of detachably supporting the freely openable/closable clip, and at the same time, for closing the clip, and an operation section which is provided on the proximal end section of the cylindrical body, and performs an operation for operating the distal end section.
