Management of communication sessions e.g. for PTT services, by establishing two communication sessions and managing them based on transmitted session priority

The method involves establishing a first communication session between mobile stations of a first group, via a central controller. A session priority is defined for a first mobile station (O) which is also allocated to a second group, and transmitted to a central controller. A second communication session is established between mobile stations including the first station via the central controller. The first mobile station is managed by the central controller in the two communication sessions corresponding to the transmitted session priority. Independent claims are included for a communication system, and for a central controller.
