Flexible heating apparatus

A heating element is arranged in a flexible carrier to give even heat distribution on the user-side as a result of the thickness of a carrier layer or structure of the heating element. A magnetic field generator is arranged in the flexible carrier to give a magnetic flux density on the user side of at least 1 mT, and avoiding concentrations of heat being caused by the magnetic field generating elements.
