PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token dispensing machine which has a guide nozzle with a practically excellent shape by a method wherein the number of game tokens passing through the guide nozzle is regulated to one at a time to control possible jamming with medals as caused by the interference between the game balls within the guide nozzle while minimizing the restriction in the shape of the guide nozzle. SOLUTION: In the token dispensing machine, the guide nozzle (110) has a token passage sensing means (130) which is positioned at the end part on the side of a medal slot (42) (110) and senses the passage of the game tokens within the guide nozzle (110). A transfer means (120) confirms the passage of each game token by the medal passage detection means (130) and then, transfers the subsequent game token into the guide nozzle (110).
