PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot massage apparatus capable of keeping the temperature of warm water to be discharged while suppressing the consumption of energy and resources. SOLUTION: The foot massage apparatus is provided with a main body for housing the lower limbs of a user, a water ejection means for ejecting water toward the housed lower limbs, a water storage tank for accumulating the water to be supplied to the water ejection means, a water supply means for supplying cold water to the water storage tank, a hot water supply means for supplying hot water, a recovery means for recovering the ejected water to the water storage tank, a water temperature detection means for measuring the temperature of the water inside the water storage tank, a lower water level detection means for detecting a lower limit water level inside the water storage tank required for water ejection by the water ejection means, an upper water level detection means for detecting an upper limit water level, and a water discharge means for discharging the water accumulated in the water storage tank. Between the water levels detected in the lower and upper water level detection means, hot water supply by the hot water supply means, water supply by the water supply means and water discharge by the water discharge means are repeated while detecting the water temperature by the water temperature detection means and the warm water at a preset temperature is supplied.
