PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board and a wiring method which connects many connection terminals with few number of layers. SOLUTION: The wiring board and the wiring method are provided, such that connections with connection terminals 44 in an outermost row are thinned or lessened among connection terminals belonging to a connection terminal group 40B of a part of a plurality of connection terminals. This increases the passage regions for wires connected to the connection terminals, in the inner rows and hence the number of processible connection terminals on a single layer, resulting in many connection terminals being connected with few number of layers.
