PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform observation device capable of observing a waveform in a reflection voltage by an objective device 10 without being accompanied with scale conversion, between a device circuit 0 and an observation circuit 2. SOLUTION: In this response waveform observation device by the objective device 10, an output circuit 1 from a pulse electric power source is branched into the waveform observation side circuit 2 and the objective device side circuit 10, and a position of the branch is connected to the objective device 10 by a wire forming a distribution constant circuit. A resistance portion of an impedance in an objective device 10 side circuit is set to be substantially equal to a resistance portion of an impedance by a parallel circuit of the output circuit 1 from the electric power source 3 and the waveform observation side circuit 2.
