PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve machining efficiency and machining precision by enabling the automatic change of an ultrasonic spindle working device, facilitating the balancing among an ultrasonic oscillator, a support horn and a machining device, and enabling precise positioning. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic spindle working machine comprises a spindle main body A and a tip unit B removably mounted on a spindle 13 of the main body A. The tip unit B is structured as a unit having the ultrasonic oscillator 35, the support horn 36 and the working device 37 enabling the automatic change of the ultrasonic working device, enabling the balancing among the ultrasonic oscillator, the support horn and the working device, and thereby improving the working accuracy and working precision.
