PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick capable of picking up dog excrement of which treatment is a major problem in walking the dog, also housing of cigarette butts of which treatment is a recent problem, and further performing the original role of the stick, by only one stick. SOLUTION: This stick is provided by standing a sliding shaft rod 18 vertically in a pipe stick 11 irrespectively of the shape of the stick e.g. round or square type, and sliding it up and down by installing a lever 13 at the shaft rod 18 along its upper part grip end 12. On one hand, at the same time with the lowering of the sliding shaft rod 18 to the shafts of lower parts 20-23, the 22 opens up, picks up the excrement and houses it. On the other hand, on disposing time, the excrement is fallen down by lifting up the grip end lever 13. Thereby, it is possible to complete the picking up of the excrement, housing and falling down for disposing of by the handling of the grip end lever 13. Also, it can perform a role of the stick for housing the cigarette butts, and the excrement is housed and does not fall out by an equipped spring 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
