PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable oxygen-free core sample machining system capable of preventing the interruption of an oxygen-free state which is a fault in an existing glove container in a core sample extracting/machining method in an oxygen-free state in conventional technology. SOLUTION: This core sample machining system 1 is provided with a three-dimensional pressing unit 31 for pressure-preserving a core sample A excavated by an excavator 103, in the oxygen-free state; a portable machining container 3 to which the three-dimensional pressing unit 31 is detachably connected, for taking the core sample A out of the three-dimensional pressing unit 31 to machine it; an inert gas supply part 5 for supplying inert gas into the machining container 3; and a rotary cutting-polishing machine 20 for cutting and polishing the core material A in the machining container 3.
