PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of scissors solving a problem that hairs (hairs which are not the objects of cutting) entering spaces between comb teeth abut on the side of the comb to be worn in the thinning scissors defining one as a comb blade part and the other as a blade-shaped blade part. SOLUTION: When manufacturing the comb blade part, front/rear square ridges 22 of the comb tooth body 21 having a rectangular cross section and worked into the comb shape are chamfered, the chamfered ridges (boundary ridges 26 and 27), comb tooth body sides 24, an inner part 25 of a comb tooth clearance 28 are completely polished by buffing F and cord polishing E and the appropriate parts are formed into polished surfaces.
