<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee and water dispenser capable of dispensing cold water, hot water and prepared coffee from a single source. <P>SOLUTION: This coffee and water dispenser provides both of the coffee and drinking water. This coffee and water dispenser is provided with a water dispenser and a preparation part attached to the water dispenser. The water dispenser is provided with a body having a water dispensing part and a receiving space part.
