PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure proper waterproof and drip-proof performance by performing internal pressure adjustment of a lens barrel through two cylindrical members capable of relative rotation. SOLUTION: The optical equipment includes first members 4 and 9 which respectively constitutes lens barrels and are the relatively rotatable cylindrical members about an optical axis and a second member 30 arranged inside the first members. It forms a first ventilation opening 9b in the first member, and forms a second ventilation opening 30c in the second member. The first member has water repellence and ventilation and attaches a cover member 36 covering the first ventilation opening. At least a part of each of the first ventilation opening and the second ventilation opening part is overlapped in the radial direction of the lens barrel, regardless of the relative rotating positions of the first and second members.
