<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed coil transformer which is simple with a low cost, and to provide a printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The printed coil transformer includes a coil substrate which laminates a plurality of printed coils of a concentric spiral state, a magnetic path formed in the center of the spiral and a core for forming a magnetic coupling between the printed coils. In the printed coil transformer, the length of the leg of the core is formed in the sum of the thickness of the coil substrate and the length based on the gap length of the core.
