<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable also an inexperienced person to easily and efficiently perform precutting work in a column material precutting working machine without requiring the reservation of working order. <P>SOLUTION: On the precutting working line of the column material precutting working machine, precut lumber is sorted into groups on the basis of precut CAD data previously inputted to a control computer, especially the working contents of each precut working material and working time data calculated from the number of working portions, the working order is determined in each material so that the number of stored precut working materials on a horizontal parallel movement conveyer is reduced and the precut working materials are delivered to the horizontal parallel movement conveyer in the efficient order and column material precutting work is performed on the basis of these data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
