<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of personal information in a face photographic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: User's face picture is photographed by a camera 12, and biometric information on the user is obtained by a BM data obtaining apparatus 14. These pieces of personal information are relevantly stored in the storage part 18.
