PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo-electric machine, which can change the output properties by the magnetic flux between a rotor and a stator changing, since a moving member moves by a weight moving on a slope member accompanying the increase and decrease of the revolution of a rotating shaft, and provide an electromotive vehicle. SOLUTION: A sliding part or a mobile part does not exist in this constitution by having constituted the moving member 45 integrally with a rotor 53 together with the moving member 51, therefore backlash vanishes and the properties of an electric motor 28 can be changed with accuracy. Moreover, since the weight 43 and a stator 29 are arranged so that they may not lie upon the other in its axial direction, high centrifugal force can be obtained by enlarging the radius of rotation even if it is a heavy weight 43, whereby the properties of the motor can be changed, so the weight reduction becomes possible even if the electric motor is a low revolution type.
