PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing means for fixing a fixed blade which can easily fix the fixed blade 1 to a mounting surface 5 for the fixed blade at a cutter frame 3 in a round blade moving type cutter device to cut printing paper or the like with the elongated fixed blade 1 and a round blade 2 reciprocating along the fixed blade 1 and which dispenses with distortion removal work, wiping work of excessive adhesive or other works. SOLUTION: The fixed blade 1 is fixed by double-sided bonding tapes 20 which are bonded in a longitudinal direction with a space in a width direction on the mounting surface 5 for the fixed blade of the cutter frame 3 and the adhesive 30 filled between the double-sided bonding tapes 20.
