SIMULATION SYSTEM, DISPLAY SYSTEM, DATABASE AND PROGRAM REGARDING NETWORK IN LIVING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology regarding a simulation system which grasps change of a network in the living body with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: The simulation system of the network in the living body is provided with a network information acquisition part 123 which acquires a network model in the living body having a plurality of pieces of element data including names of elements in the living body and element states expressing chemical states or physical states in the elements in the living body, an element state update part 18 which adds or updates one or more pieces of element data according to a user's request, a network update part 19 which sequentially updates the element data included in the network in the living body in consideration of update of the element states by the element state update part 18 and reconstructs element relation in the network in the living body, and an output part 17 which presents information regarding the reconstructed network model in the living body to a user.
