<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fuel tank without leaving water in the tank when a remaining quantity of fuel becomes zero; and to provide a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel tank for a fuel cell has a partition member 102 for partitioning the inside of a vessel into a fuel chamber 101 and a water chamber 100 and is used for storing, in the fuel chamber 101, the fuel having concentration higher than that of a liquid fuel used for a power generation cell. The fuel chamber 101 and the water chamber 100 are equipped with a fuel feeding port 40 for feeding the liquid fuel stored in the fuel chamber 101 to an anode of the power generation cell, and a water feeding port 41 for feeding water stored in the water chamber 100, respectively; and the partition member 102 is provided with an infiltration part formed of a semi-transmissive film capable of infiltrating water stored in the water chamber 100 into the fuel chamber 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
