A comb-teeth shaped kitchen knife device (I), wherein as shown in Fig. 15, a handle (7) is fitted to an edge laminated body (60) formed by fixing five sheets of edges of a same shape in which comb-teeth (61) are formed are fixed to each other through clearances with spacers (SS) so that the tips of the edges are alternately displaced from each other. A dropping device guide member (95) formed in a generally reverse L-shape is disposed on a cutting board (9) at a position facing toward the rotating side of a food material dropping device (8). Food materials cut by the comb-teeth shaped kitchen knife device (I) become softer than those cut by a normal kitchen knife since the fibers thereof are crushed or cut off, and the permeability of seasoning therein is also improved. In addition, the waste of the food materials can be automatically removed by the dropping device guide member (95).
