摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform alignment of a center of a cover sheet and a center of a disk substrate with sufficient accuracy only by inserting a center pin provided at a supporting table in an aperture part of the cover sheet and a center hole of the disk substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical disk manufacturing apparatus, when the disk substrate 12 descends from a tip part of a disk insertion part 132 to a disk supporting part 136 of the center pin 50, a disk energizing part 156 of an alignment lever 150 is pressurized by the disk substrate 12 to be pushed to the inner peripheral side and a sheet energizing part 152 is pushed out to the outer peripheral side to pressurize the inner peripheral surface of the cover sheet 24 and the cover sheet 24 and the disk substrate 12 are respectively energized in the alignment direction. Thereby, backlash between the inner peripheral surface of the cover sheet 24 and the outer peripheral surface of a sheet insertion part 134 and backlash between the inner peripheral surface of the disk substrate 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the disk insertion part 132 are respectively eliminated and the cover sheet 24 and the disk substrate 12 can be accurately aligned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
