PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the disposal of oil in waste water by separating it easily and quickly. SOLUTION: In a water receiving tank 2 for receiving the waste water, a draining filter bag 5 that can be freely taken outside the tank is accommodated. A pipe body 13 for coagulating the oil in the waste water in the tank is attached to the outside of the water receiving tank 2. Low-temperature coolant gas from a refrigerator 16 is circulated through the pipe body 13 to quickly coagulate the oil in the water receiving tank 2. When the filter bag 5 is pulled out after coagulating the oil, only the coagulated oil is left in the filter bag 5, so that the bag can be discarded as it is.
