PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure roller with a coating layer having no fear of permanent deformation, and having low hardness, which is improved in heat insulation. SOLUTION: A silicone gel layer is arranged on the outer circumference of a core bar, and a rubber elastic sponge layer is used as the coating layer on the outer circumference of the silicone gel layer.
