MASK FOR SCREEN PRINTING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIRING CIRCUIT BOARD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask for screen printing capable of coating a specified substance with uniform thickness on a wiring circuit board, and a method for manufacturing a wiring circuit board using the same. SOLUTION: An opening part 20 having a required shape is formed in the mask 100a for screen printing. The opening part 20 is composed of a plurality of small holes 1a by being divided with partitions 21. A squeegee is horizontally moved while being inclined at a specified angle and pressed on the surface of the mask 100a for screen printing. A paste-like cream solder enters into the plurality of small holes 1a of the opening part 20 to be applied in the holes for forming terminals.
