PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in the conventional electric apparatus maintenance function, a plurality of switches are pushed to move to a maintenance mode in order to confirm the status and therefore operability is complicated and can not confirm by actual operation of the apparatus with only status confirmation, and can not make judgement of possibility of actual operation. SOLUTION: The apparatus adapter is equipped with a setting input means for performing setting of an operation validation mode and an operation validation means which is programmed beforehand so as to perform switching on and off of the electric apparatus to be connected. When an operation validation mode is established by the setting input means, the electric apparatus to be connected is switched on and off continuously for each prescribed time by the operation validation means.
