PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator comprising a two-stage compressor for preventing the shortage in cooling during a F cooling mode. SOLUTION: In this refrigerator, a flow rate adjustment device 39 switches a first cooling mode (simultaneous cooling mode) for passing a refrigerant through at least a first evaporator 32 and a second evaporator, and a second cooling mode (F cooling mode) for passing the refrigerant through only the first evaporator 32, and heat radiation of a condenser 37 by a radiation fan 38 is reduced in the second cooling mode (F cooling mode) S1, in comparison with that in the first cooling mode (simultaneous cooling mode) S4, S5.
