<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic composition for a low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) which has dielectric constant of 25-35, 1,500-3,500 GHz quality factor and capable of freely changing the temperature factor (T<SB>cf</SB>) of resonance frequency in a range of (-20)-(+100) ppm/°C. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic composition for the temperature characteristic controllable LTCC comprises a composition containing 50-85mass% CaZrO<SB>3</SB>-based dielectric, 5-30mass% CaTiO<SB>3</SB>-based dielectric and 3-20mass% Li<SB>2</SB>O-B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-SiO<SB>2</SB>-CaO-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-based glass frit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
