摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism number-measuring method by which the number of microorganism can accurately be measured, and to provide a microorganism number-measuring device used therefor. SOLUTION: The microorganism number-measuring device comprises a filter treatment portion comprising a filter having the first and second surfaces, the first guide pipe for guiding a specimen liquid to the first surface of the filter, and the second guide pipe for guiding the specimen liquid flowed out from the second surface of the filter, and a microorganism number-measuring portion connected to the second guide pipe and used for measuring the number of the microorganisms in the specimen liquid treated with the filter by the utilization ofβ-D-galactosidase orβ-D-glucuronidase.
