PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems with a conventional camera that downsizing is difficult because a tightening mechanism such as a ball joint is required between a fitting member and a camera main body and that it is difficult to adjust an angle of the camera without a photographing confirmation means such as a finder because the angle adjustment is also required for a rotating direction. SOLUTION: The camera with a rotating body includes: a camera unit shaped nearly spherical for photographing an object; a main body for mounting thereon the camera unit; and a fixed plate located behind the main body and provided with a hole, wherein a groove is provided to the front side of the camera unit and a projection provided to the fixed plate is fitted to the groove, the angle adjustment tightening mechanism is not required, and since the movement of the camera is limited only to vertical and horizontal motions, downsizing and reduction in time for the angle adjustment can be attained, and the camera angle adjustment mechanism for the camera fixed to inside and outside of a housing and photographing an object are practically very useful.
