PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heater attached to free access floor shielding an electromagnetic wave to a certain extent capable of directly adhering the body to a floor surface for a long time when the floor heater attached to free access floor is equipped with a sheet-like heating unit difficult to directly shield the heating unit. SOLUTION: In the floor heater attached free access floor equipped with a heating member 1 consisting of a thermal insulating material 2 and a metal-made protection casing 5 piling up a PTC flat-shaped far infrared-ray heating unit 3 and an insulating sheet 4 in due order and, at the same time, integrally coating them, both metal-made protection casings adjacent to each other are connected to one side section of the metal-made protection casing with a conductive body and, at the same time, it is constituted by grounding the conductive body connecting a series of metal-made protection casings.
