PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate compensation of a deviation of an output of a cylinder inner pressure sensor from a proper value, thereby attaining appropriate control of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The control device 1 comprises ECU 2, and the ECU 2 controls the internal combustion engine 3 in accordance with an output P of a cylinder inner pressure sensor 11 which detects the inner pressure in a cylinder (steps 1 to 3), and corrects the output P of the cylinder inner pressure sensor 11 in accordance with an intake air amount parameter PBA indicating an intake air amount detected and an air/ fuel ratio AFR of an air fuel mixture (steps 12 and 14 to 22).
