PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long image forming material causing no image degradation and having increased yield in a manufacturing stage even when faulty coating is caused. SOLUTION: The long image forming material is configured by disposing an image forming layer on a support and is provided with at least one information recording medium in such a way that the medium is read in a non-contact state, wherein the information recording medium stores positional information on the faulty coated portions of the image forming layer.
