PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic good in storage stability and usability(smoothness). SOLUTION: This oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic comprises (A) an acrylic acid-methacrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer, (B) sorbitan monoisostearate, (C) xanthan gum, (D) a titanium oxide and (E) ethanol.
