PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise display apparatus with a stocker capable of improving transportation efficiency and keeping efficiency. SOLUTION: The merchandise display apparatus 1 is composed of a pair of left and right columns 4, base legs 8 extended from the lower end parts of the columns 4 to the front, shelf boards 2 disposed on the front surface of the columns 4 and projecting to the front of the columns , and a merchandise stocker 3 provided below the shelf board 2. In the merchandise display apparatus 1, the stocker 3 is assembled by front columns 9 freely detachably connected to the tip parts of the base legs 8, a door set 6 including a rectangular frame 6a for which both left and right edges are attached to the front surface and a door 6b mounted thereon so as to be freely opened and closed, and a plurality of plate materials 7, 11 and 12 for surrounding a space behind the door set 6.
