PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the space for storing a plate stacker and increase the speed and automate the put-in/discharge operations of the plate stacker. SOLUTION: A plate stacker storage is structured so that a first shuttle conveyor 18 is reciprocated between a specified stock conveyor 15A and an adjacent one 15 so as to feed plate stackers 11 fed from the specified stock conveyor 15A one by one onto the adjacent stock conveyor 15, while the plate stackers 11 sent out from the adjacent stock conveyor 15 are fed one by one onto the specified stock conveyor 15A by reciprocating a second shuttle conveyor 19, and the plate stackers on the specified stock conveyor and those on the adjacent stock conveyor are circulated by the first and second shuttle conveyors, and the plate stacker storing the desired plate is selected and transported to the stacker carryout/carry-in part.
