PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an IC with a built-in switching power source for generating power required for making the IC function in the IC from single basic voltage supplied from the outside of the IC. SOLUTION: The package 4 of the IC is composed of a ferrite material, and magnetic dielectric elements 6 are formed on the inner surface of this package. Power source circuits 7 which constitute the switching power sources with the magnetic dielectric elements 6 are formed on a silicon chip 3 where an IC function circuit 2 is formed. The switching power sources 5 constituted inside the IC1 are operated by a basic voltage supplied from the outside of the IC1.
