The device comprises a threaded bolt (6) with two opposing stops (28, 30) and a turning part (10) via which the bolt is screwed/unscrewed and a socket (8) in the bodywork with a sleeve section (40) for locating the bolt. The stops on the bolt cooperate with stop surfaces (58, 60) at opposite ends of the socket.
