PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent oil leakage while suppressing vibrations of a head cover. SOLUTION: A head cover 12 for covering a cylinder head 11 consists of a ring-shaped first cover component 15, a second cover component 16 coupled to the first cover component 15, and rubber-made annular vibration-proofing material 17 interposed between the first cover component 15 and the second cover component 16. The vibration-proofing material 17 and the second cover component 16 are bonded through the medium of a bonding layer 19. A bonding layer 18 seals between the vibration-proofing material 17 and the upper end 151 of the first cover component 15.
