PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recorder capable of performing a correct recording while evading a recording error such as a write-in to address positions other than a target address when out of synchronism is caused between an address signal and a clock signal. SOLUTION: A wobbling signal is detected by passing a reproduced signal from the optical disk through a band pass filter 9. Further, a signal for detecting the deviation of synchronization is produced in a producing circuit 11 of the signal for detecting the deviation of synchronization, and a recording clock is produced by a clock producing circuit 13 and a PLL circuit 14. When a frequency that the detection signal for synchronizing data is detected out of a periodical detection window produced on the basis of a recording channel clock, or a frequency not detected in the detection window becomes the predetermined threshold or more, the start of the recording is once stopped and the recording can be started from the more reliable state by doing over again the recording start operation.
