摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the degree of freedom of an apparatus arrangement layout of a fuel cell vehicle by saving a space of a solid polymer electrolyte type fuel cell, and to avoid the occurrence of a liquid junction and an earth fault in the solid polymer electrolyte type fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A stack 12 of the solid polymer electrolyte type fuel cell 10 is immersed in a liquid cooling medium such as an organic solvent in a stack storage case 14, and operated in this form. The stack 12 with temperature raised by a heat quantity generated with it is cooled by the liquid cooling medium. The liquid cooling medium having cooled the stack 12 is evaporated, and condensed by a condenser 16, and returned to the stack storage case 14. The condenser 16 is cooled by contacting the outside air introduced from a supply louver 206.
