PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine improving a taste of a game by enlarging the dimension in the width direction of a winning area of a variable winning device without restricted in an installation space and varying a flowing passage of a game ball when winning a large winning hole. SOLUTION: This game machine is disposed with a large winning hole 32 changeable between a closed state of receiving no game ball 40 and an open state of easily receiving the game ball 40 and provided with a variable winning device 31 disposed with a side winning hole 33 in adjacent to the big winning hole 32. The variable winning device 31 is provided with an opening/closing door 34 openable/closable the large winning hole 32, and a win area partition part 37 partitioning a win area for winning the game ball 40 in the side winning hole 33. One side of the opening/closing door side of the winning area partition part 37 is constituted of a winning area opening/closing member 45 partitioning the winning area in a closed state of the opening/closing door 34 and opening the winning area to the large winning hole side in the open state of the opening/closing door 34, and the winning area opening/closing member 45 is disposed in the front face side end part of the opening/closing door 34.
